Internal Quality Standards We achieved EFSIS Higher Level accreditation in 2001 and are EEC licensed for export purposes. We have a full HACCP in place for all our processes, to minimise risks to safety and quality of our products. A fully trained team developed this HACCP on site and regular reviews ensure the HACCP is always relevant being followed correctly. New employees are trained in food hygiene and safety, and all employees involved in critical control point testing are trained to understand not only the testing itself, but also the importance of the testing in the food chain.
